Tel-Aviv-based design practice Pitsou Kedem Architects have completed the Pavilion 2012 project. The contemporary interior designed home can be found in Shoham, Israel. According to the architects: “A structure used by a real estate company as a sales office for a residential project they are building. I'm stalking another clever extension to an older house this time in Randwick, Sydney. With not much backyard left after extending the living spaces the new design opens to the cleverly laid out garden area. The hero piece of this small garden is the pool with its cool glass wall. Equally the stacking glass walls are a stand out allowing a seamless flow from lounging inside to alfresco dining and there is even a small patch of grass (for dog or child or mower freak). Tel Aviv-based studio Pitsou Kedem Architects has completed the Ramat Gan House 2 project in 2011. As its name suggests, this 3,770 square foot, three level, contemporary home is located in Ramat Gan, a city in the Tel Aviv District of Israel. It is a private family placed in a busy urban environment, and to escape this, the designer created an oasis secluded from the rest of the world.In essence, the house is a closed, white box, devoid of any decorative or ornamental elements. Brazilian architect Guilherme Torres designed the AS House in Cornélio Procópio , Brazil. An expressive architecture in terms of volume that takes advantage of the existing topography, structurally and economically wise. Through a pragmatic, but also poetic perspective, the young Brazilian architect shows how neat and rational an elegant house can be. The house is situated on a quiet plot within the orderly urban development of Santo Domingo in Madrid where a compact existing housing occupying the center of the plot was the starting point, and that for economy is decided to use the existing basement which was decisive for the location of the new house. The new proposal, more extended than the compact original dwelling, clearly organizes the parcel into two areas: the first and most representative, geared towards access, and the second, more private and fragmented volumetry, endowed with activities such as swimming pool, tennis games, trampoline, outdoor dining, garden, etc..
