This stunning table, created by designers Eagle Wolf Orca is called the Archipelago II and features the delicate arrangement of a piece of glass and stone. Explaining how smart methods of manufacturing have allowed them to create such works of art that paves the way for new forms is “an opposition to the intolerance of clean design, prejudice of simplicity and narrowness of mind”

For more information on this table and other amazing pieces of work, check out Eagle Wolf Orca.

To break the typical areas of an urban house; kitchen, living–dining room and dormitories, this house has a double circulation that deconstructs these areas into a set of complimentary places. This creates a way of inhabiting that moves away from a typical urban arrangement into a more playful one.

Revitalizer from Merve Kahraman, a wax-lamp that re-creates itself. The wax lampshade melts over time, dripping into the mold below to reform the shade. The result is an ever-changing sculpture, but also a room that smells of candlewax. More photos of the Revitalizer and Revitalizer 2 in the House of Detention during Clerkenwell Design Week and a video of the lamp in action from the designer on the next page!
